More about us

Over the last couple of years tenants and residents, Dudley Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (DFTRA) and Dudley Council have developed a new engagement structure.  This new structure includes the Housing Board this is made up of council tenants, residents, and council members and will replace the previous area housing panels.  The board was developed following a full independent review of tenant and resident involvement in the borough which took the views of tenants and residents, staff and elected members on how the housing service could become more customer-driven and forward facing.

This Road map lays out the journey and this information leaflet explain options available for getting involved.
