The Participation Development Team recruited a team of Service Inspectors to ‘test’ housing services and to improve the customers experience. The 12 strong Service Inspector Team have completed 2 day training programme and will be working in partnership with the Housing Board and Dudley Federation of Tenants & Residents Association to help improve the services housing services provide.
