TRAs and forums
Tenant and Resident Associations work in partnership with both the Council and a wide range of other bodies to promote their areas, influence change and contribute to service improvement.
Tenants and Residents Associations do great work – speaking out on environmental, estate and housing issues. The TRAs work in partnership with both the Council plus a wide range of other bodies to promote their areas, influence change and contribute to service improvement. They also do a valuable job in participating with Council strategies and policies on community empowerment and tenant participation.
TRAs also work within their communities addressing local issues affecting the neighbourhoods in which they live. Communities can thrive when an active TRA works in area, so why not take the plunge and set up your own TRA or get involved with a group if you have one in your area.
Listed below (per area) are links (where available) to current TRAs in the Dudley borough, please feel free to explore their individual pages.
For more information please contact the Participation Development Team or telephone 01384 815168.
Housing Forums are unconsituted groups set up to discuss individual issues.
